Network Down – What to Do Print

If your internet connection is down, please follow the steps below before contacting support.

Step 1: Check for a Network Outage

Visit our Network Status page to see if there is a known outage or maintenance:

Step 2: Restart Your Equipment

  1. Switch off your router and power supply
  2. Wait 10 minutes
  3. Switch everything back on
  4. Allow up to 5 minutes for reconnection

Step 3: Check Router Lights

  • No lights: Power issue
  • Red or flashing lights: Connection problem
  • Normal lights but no internet: Possible network issue

Common Causes of Network Downtime

  • Network maintenance
  • Power outages
  • Fibre breaks or tower outages
  • Severe weather conditions

If the Network Is Confirmed Down

  • Our engineers are already working on the issue
  • No action is required from your side
  • Updates will be posted on the Network Status page

Still Offline?

Please contact support with the following information:

  • Your name and installation address
  • Time the connection went down
  • Current router light status

Note: During network outages, response times may be slightly longer due to high volumes of requests.
