Many internet woes can be remedied by rebooting your in-home internet equipment. If your SCWISP service came with an antenna mounted to the outside of your home, please follow the three easy steps below to reboot.
- Switch off the power supply to the router (fibre and wireless clients) and dish (if you are a wirelless client) and leave it off as you proceed to the next step.
- Leave the units off for 10min, then switch it back on again. This will clear all logs in your router.
- Allow approximately three minutes after switching on your plugs to regain power and signal from our towers (wireless clients) and handshake from ONT (fibre clients).
